Q. Do you ship outside the UK?
A. We are more than happy to delivery your order to any UK freight forwarder, who can then ship your order to any destination in the world. However we work on an ex.warehouse basis, so payment is required upfront, and you would need to coordinate the freight forwarder, their costs and relevant export documentation.

Q. Do you charge VAT on orders going to the EU?

A. If we are sending your order directly to you in an EU country and you have provided a valid EU V.A.T. registered number when you registered with us, we will not charge you V.A.T. However if we are delivering your order to a UK freight forwarder, or they are collecting from our warehouse, then we have to charge V.A.T. Once the goods have left the UK and you have provided a valid proof of export document alongside a valid EU V.A.T. registered number, we can refund the V.A.T. to you.
