151 White Frame Sealant For all UPVC, Wood and Metal Door and Window Frames

151 Frame Sealant – White is ideal for all UPVC, wood and metal door and window frames. It is suitable for internal use only. It is based on a high performance acrylic polymer and will provide a long lasting permanently flexible seal.

Applications: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Remove the nozzle and cut the tip of the cartridge, ensuring not to damage the thread.
Replace the nozzle and cut to give an opening the size of bead required. The bead size should be slightly larger than the gap to be filled. Wide or deep gaps should be packed with foam rubber or paper before application of the sealant.

It is important to cut the nozzle at 45° in order to achieve a smooth finish.

Using a standard cartridge gun, apply the product by pressing the plunger. Once applied, the product can be smoothed using a wetted finger or spatula within 15 minutes of application.

Any excess sealant can be removed with a damp cloth. Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Allow 48 hours for a full cure. In damp, cold or humid conditions, the curing time will be significantly extended. Do not use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt.

Store in a cool dry area and protect from frost.
